As a consultant, she has advised a wide range of museums, heritage and leisure attractions. Eleanor's career started in marketing and customer service management at British Airways. She is a Fellow of the Tourism Society.

Bio: Selina has 25 years’ experience in all aspects of cultural attraction retail and has held senior level commercial roles at English Heritage, the Royal Academy and design company, Sebastian Conran Associates.

Bio: Jane has over 30 years’ experience as a catering operator, catering consultant, trustee and trading board member, gained at the National Trust, National Museum for The Royal Navy and the the Wetlands and Wildfowl Trust, Compass and Sodexo.

Bio: Nick has over 30 years’ experience as a tourism and marketing consultant. He was a trustee of the Postal Museum (2007-2016), a member of the Coventry Cathedral project board for a £3.5m extension for City of Culture 2021 and is a guest lecturer for the University of Wolverhampton.

Bio: Jo has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and commercial roles - both within the attractions sector and retail/ tech sectors. She has worked for over 10 years at Board level including roles at National Galleries of Scotland (NGS) and Dynamic Earth science centre. She is also a Fellow of the Marketing Society, winner of the Marketing Society Scotland’s “Marketer of the Year” 2011 and is an attractions mystery visitor for BDRC.
