Eleanor Harris

Eleanor is the founding director of I-Xperience with over 20 years’ experience of the visitor attraction/ tourism sector. Eleanor has held a number of senior level positions including CEO/Director at Brighton i360, Commercial Director and Head of Customer Service at the London Eye and a director at Royal Museums Greenwich with a portfolio covering marketing, visitor operations and commerce.

Eleanor’s experience has included the operational set up for British Airways i360 and the Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street; business planning for the Postal Museum, English Heritage, Conkers/National Forest Company, London Zoo and the Institute of Imagination; marketing and income generation for the ‘Crystal’, Tutankhamun Exhibition/ O2, Mercedes-Benz World and Royal Pavilion & Brighton Museums; and ticketing strategies/procurement for View from the Shard  and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Claire Zammit

Claire is a very experienced senior manager in the heritage, leisure and arts sector, specialising in embedding a strong commercial strategy through leading a change programme, an enhanced visitor experience, and leading a team to deliver. Claire has over 20 years’ experience in visitor attractions including the Southbank Centre, National Portrait Gallery, NSPCC, London Eye, Buckingham Palace. Serpentine Gallery and the Courtauld Institute. As Director of Visitor Experience at the Southbank Centre, Claire created and successfully implemented culture change within 180 strong department.

Dave Hancock

Dave is an attractions industry ticketing system guru with nearly 30 years experience of ticketing in the leisure industry. Dave has worked both supplier-side for three major ticketing companies, client side for Merlin Entertainments and as a consultant advising attractions on their ticketing solutions. He has strong technical skills in ticketing system hardware and software including all the main ticketing systems including Omni Ticket, TOR, Recreatex, Merac Gateway and ecommerce.

Lisa Hatswell

Lisa is an expert in the hospitality industry with over 20 years’ experience. Lisa is an expert in sales and marketing of corporate and special events venues, in particular the London market. Lisa has been involved in running Unique Venues of London (UVL) – working with 80 of the most unique venues in London – since 2001 as a board member/ Chair and now as the General Manager. Previously Lisa headed up the Corporate and Special Events at the London Eye and held sales and marketing at other famous venues including Madame Tussaud’s, Roux Fine Dining and Marco Pierre White Restaurants.

Mark Hobbs

Mark Hobbs of Kendrick Hobbs is an Associate of I-Xperience. Mark is an experienced catering consultant with over 20 years of advising clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Mark’s catering experience goes back to the 1980’s and includes hands-on periods and management roles in restaurants, contract catering, cafes, pubs/bars and event catering.  Mark’s experience has included Turner Contemporary, Brighton i360, the London Eye, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Arts Council England, Theatre Royal Bath, the Photographers’ Gallery, St Paul’s, Cutty Sark, Poole Museum, the LSO and the Roal Dahl Museum & Story Centre.

Anne Millett 

Anne Millett is an Associate of I-Xperience. Anne is an experienced marketing consultant with over 20 years’ experience of the visitor attractions sector. Anne’s expertise is in the identification of business development and commercial opportunities for organisations (public, private and charitable trusts) facing funding challenges. She works on market appraisals, benchmarking, competitor/ comparator studies and Heritage Lottery Fund applications. Anne’s experience has included Olympic Park Legacy Company, London Children’s Museum, the Science Museum, Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, Royal Horticultural Society, Alexandra Palace, Hadrian’s Wall Heritage Ltd, the People’s History Museum, Watts Gallery and English Heritage.

Anne (Foster) Fauxwell 

Anne Fauxwell is an Associate of I-Xperience. Anne is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years ‘experience in the attractions industry with Merlin Entertainments and previously the Tussaud’s Group.  Anne’s expertise lies in strategy, feasibility studies and attraction business start ups.  As Finance Director for the London Eye and Merlin Entertainments London division (2000-2011), Anne was instrumental in the successful opening and development of the London Eye. Anne’s attraction experience also included Madame Tussaud’s London, SEA LIFE London, London Dungeons, Thorpe Park and Port Aventura.
